Artwork Description

This is the first page of my story for Fleshrot II, "There Was an Old Woman". This grim tale, based on a popular nursery rhyme, is ten pages long, and has a lot of zombies in it. If you would like to read the story, please go to and get a copy - they are already taking pre-orders for Issue 2!

(This is a censored version--a rude graffito has been removed from the shoe to meet Epilogue standards. Buy the comic to find out what you're missing!)

I first read this in a book called The Mammoth Book Of Horror Comics. There Was An Old Woman was the only piece in the whole book that really struck a chord with me and i return to it quite often. It's a gripping and horrific rhyme and the artwork is just completely stunning. I've looked through your other pieces and it's all beautiful. Wonderful stuff Smile
