Artwork Description

There... One more necklace before I'm back to painting and probably my absolute fav. Sterling silver design inspired by the swedish Urnes style (12th century). With a scrumptious Satin Flash Opal from Utah. I LOVE those weird opals, they look like ice and have tiny multicoloured sparkles when you see them in the sunshine...
size of the stone 3/4 in. high. This necklace can be worn with a short chain as a chocker or a longer chain, etc..

As a special performer demonstrating an Old Renaissance metal art orginating in Denmark around 800 A.D, plus knowing personally the owner of the mine where that opal came from, I must say, "WELL DONE" I love it as much as you do. The gem quality stones are extremely rare, and only sold as my friend cuts them. A few people over the years before he acquired the mine did dig small supplies of the rough. Those supplies are now drying up. What stones you have, please make them into just as outstanding pieces as this one.

Hi. Sorry about my last message that just said, "Hello" Hahaha. I pushed the enter button instead of tab. Anyway I would like to say a few words about this wonderfully done piece of art. I have looked at many necklaces before (never bought any though Sad. They're all to expensive hahaha). And although I look at many necklaces I'd never really been interested in hand-made unique pieces like this one. However, after seeing this magnificent piece of art I am in awe. This is truly a beautiful piece. I hope that you continue to make such gorgeous pieces in the future Smile. I'll have to look at your other pieces as well.

P.S. I am a beginning artist. I am not a sculpture or jeweler artist, but I like to do detail shading in pencil. I guess I decided to let you know this to tell you that I'm not just a person who admires beauty, but that I admire talent as well because I know how much work goes into a piece of art. Once again, well done.
