Um... I really don't know what to say about this one. A tired Sunday image.
this is a ver beautiful painting..
all of the details && everything =]]
Very nice piece. "Romanesque"
And this picture to me seems very Holy, you can't see the Greek bit straight away unless you know what your looking for.
It does look very Greek but i grew up looking at ancient greek portraits and paintings and i would say you obviously modernised it (well duh!!) but it still looks pretty good none the less..tired is definetly the word i'd use and maybe even "at peace". well all in all i think it's a random idea which turned out well.
Yeah the greek influance is kinda visible in the face. All greek statues have the same nose. Is there some Egyptian influance too in the jewelries?
very beautiful, looks very athenian
Wow, I love the "Antique" feel to it, and especially the sun's reflections on her....Beautiful!
REALLY beautiful! I love it!
Shut up about her nose, you ignorant moron. Mine's the same way. She drew this Mediterranian/Greek. That's called being ethnic; some people are, so get used to it. Sheesh. Some people can't stand anything that's not chibi and wee.
Linda, you drew me. Thanks.
Her nose is beautiful.
her nose is too big
I always hate to do this to artists, but she reminds me of Solaris, Sun of the Son (okay, titles stink) from the Heralds of Valdemar series.
I love your imagry, I love everything you do... but the thing that always, always gets me? Getting hair to look that real. Please keep doing this kind of work. (LOL and I like the bishounen/androgenous too, keep doing those too, please).
I am beyond impressed, it has an almost Mucha feel about, what with the headdress and all. However your style is so unique and so beutiful yet sad. I am just in utter awe, great work doesn't even begin to describe it...
This is really good it looks kindof like an older me. The whole greek look. Wow its really good...
Oh, the Greek myth influence is very obvious - the folds in her head-dress, her nose, and the beads across her forehead. It's seems so dusty, and worn
I think she's beautiful. The simplicity of this piece speaks to me of calmness that can only be earned through hard work - hers and yours, I suppose! You have this knack of putting detail where it's most needed, I think, like the nails, or the light in her hair... beautiful. simply.
Well... it IS quite obvious... oh and... great work! once again...
I love this one! It has a very different feel compared with most of your work. The first thing that came to mind was that it bears resemelence to a traditional oil painting...like that of michaelangelo.
Lovely picture...I can't believe you do this quality of work on a computer and make it look like this...it's a far cry from my rendering. I can also see the greek influence...for some reason, I really like the nose, it gives it individuality and character. You are my god
hi umm...you wouldn't mind if i borrowed this for a assignment i have to do at school would you? i mean it's just perfect for what i need and it's just SO well done, just brilliant. anyway if you have ANY objections to me using it on a peice of school work (i swear that i would use it for NOTHING else) then e-mail me at email@example.com i'd like to hear from you even if your don't mind me using it because your art is AWESOME! so yeah...anyway. gotta go.
P.S Me using this on some school work would be promoting your srtwork right? well anyway gotta go Tata
Love the head piece and the feeling behind this one...Excellent..!!
This is realy a gem!! I love stuff like this! Looks like one of the old master's work! I am peagreen with envey that you are only 23.
I do see one thing, I don't mean to be smarty or rude, the ear looks a tad bit high, but, I could be looking at it wrong. Even if i am right, this is by far one of the best pics I have seen from anyone, I hate to say it but, that includes me. Hey, but I 'm working on it> Your work sets a standard that helps me do better. I learn a lot from your work. Thanks for posting it.
Wow, you noticed the Greek influence =) Yay! I had no idea it was THAT visible.
greek mythologhy influence? very much like the face. it's got character. "tired" is the word that somes to mind when looking at it, indeed
