This is the sister piece of Nightshimmer... took me some time before I got around to making it.
i have always loved your art and these two pieces, Dayglimmer an dnightshimmer have always been my favourites I think. I love the colours of both. and the way the birds seem to sparkle just a little. The dark background, especially in this one, bring the colours out so well. Spectacular. take care.
a vry beatiful piece of art....exccelent!!
What extreme talent, I've never seen something so beautiful as this!
Wow, it is really wonderful.
So beautiful! Andrea
This is beautiful!! I wish I could draw like that, but I'm on my wqay to be doing it!!!
Oh, wow. It's beautiful. It reminds me of a phoenix. The roses are beautiful too.
Linda, the colors of this beautiful songbird somehow remind me of the color scheme in the old Disney movie "Sleeping Beauty." Something timeless and classic about the hues and shading.
You're a class act, doll.
this is just outstanding! this and nightglimmer are my favourite pictures! i hope maybe u could give them another sister bird or something, like sunset/ dawn glimmer!
your No.1 fan artist
Just awsome! The vidid colors and the overall style of the picture... You have very rich imagination indeed to come up with something like this! Is it for sale anywhere perhaps in a book or so? Please mail me.
I like "Nightsshimmer" a little more, but this is WOW!
Ok..you have got me hooked on your work...out of all the artists I go through..You are one of my favs..This glimmer effect you do..would like for you to fantasize about a night drawing with a gyspy....Maybe? huh? lol...i love the effects you do...where kind I find more of your stuff? pulezzzzzze!!!!!!! Shealyn
I can't stand it! I'm so jealous!
I've always wondered what it's like to be an artist. You never cease to amaze me with your style and your ideas. Do you picture them first in your mind? Do they look exactly as you picture them? Or do you just *feel* them first? Being able to create art of any form is like a science that I've never been able to comprehend, but someday, perhaps, I'll be able to draw something and call it my own. Until then, I'll be content looking at your lovely works of art.
i noticed u use a lot of flowers in your pictures.. they seem to be some kind of signature.. almost.. is that intentional?
Oh my goddess, I thought your work was just wonderful before, but this is truly unique. I know I have comments all over the place, but I can't seem to praise you enough! I LOVE the lustrious glimmer at the end of the tailfeathers; the detail is superb. Can I please take you home with me???
Really great work but for me the eyes seem to be so dead... I miss a sign of life in them. Selissa ^-^
wooooowwww. i mean wooowwww its goregeous
that's it!! i'm a bird lover from now on....!!
I've never made a comment on Epilogue before. In fact, just found out about this place today, via reference to your work by a friend. Just..wow. Its as though a large portion of your works incorporate a sense of the universe in them. Like the sparkling, ethereal stars/lights in the tail of this one. Critics are all well and good, but lets see them top -this- mastery of depth and spirit.
AWESOME!!! What else can I say.
Impressed again. Fantasticly beautiful. I like everythoing you´ve done acctually so keep on rockin!
*sighs* As a (wonder) bird lover,I'm blown away by this pic.You have a knack for glitter as I see...great job on the roses as well !
Oh my! The colors in this painting are fairly bursting with song! Just looking at this one could be my daily fix. I am so glad you are here sharing these wonderful works of art with us. Thank you!
