Artwork Description

Another test in Painter. I did this painting in about 2-3 hours.
This is Baldy. He is your typical troublemaker hanging out in some sort of access duct and looking for trouble, what else?

Wow, thanks, man. I like his expression, too. Always glad to know you've been by here, Mark!

Yeah, I wanted a more painterly feel to my work so I'm trying to concentrate on my brushstrokes. Thanks for taking time to check out my stuff, Ken. Thanks for leaving a comment as well!

Thank a lot, Kay. I like his expression and the way the coat looks rubbery (at least to me), but not really happy with the overall impact.

I agree, great expression Dean, this looks like it's painted in watecolour. Excellent atmosphere with the ice, rust and breath effect. The fur looks good too.

Wow, that is amazing for the time you spent on it. I like it because it is loose, but not too loose!! The fur on his collar turned out just great too.

Oh Dean I love his expression. Great detail on the face ...lips especially. I also like the colors you used here. It has a nice painterly look too. Wouldn't know it was Painter or done in a few hours. The steam from his breath is great...brrrrr...

Art at its best.
