The name is from a roleplaying character of a friend. I just figured she made it up.

This is my name and I was fasinated to see it. Where did you get the name?

*grin* I guess it's a good thing it reminds you, since it technically is. I was vague about the resemblance because the Author is rather anal about people drawing her world.

OOH! This is wonderful! Excellently done face and looove the red hair. *grin* The dragons are a great touch as well. Reminds me of a scene that could have come from Pern...

I stumbled in here from chat and this piece just blew my mind. Your ability with the colored pencils is amazing. The figure illustration is great, the dragons are adorable and the softness in your subject's face is marvelous. She has great character.

Ah! I've seen this somewhere before....hmm. I wonder /where/ I saw it. Elfwood? Maybe. Cool Wow. You're REALLY good at doing people...poses, musculature, shading, proportions. Absolutely amazing.

I agree also with the above comments. Your touch with the pencil is amazing. The eyes are so lovely and you have made them stand out from the softness of her skin. Welcome to Epilogue too.
Darling little dragons...I want one...

I must agree with the above comment. Wonderfully done!

Welcome to Epilogue!!!
This remains one of the most impressive coloured pencil portraits I have ever seen. The colours are beautiful, and I like the soft textured appearance. I love how you have coloured her skintone!

Art at its best.
