Artwork Description

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

This is a really beautiful picture. I like it a lot. Just one critique: I am a dancer, and a ballet dancer's ribbons would never go up so high on her leg! The ribbons are actually tied around the ankles. The shoes would never stay on if they were tied all the way up her calf! But all in all, a nice picture.
