I enjoyed this picture very much. You've portrayed this in a way I've not seen before.

The fingers are correct. Only Goliayh's brother had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot. And one more thing, David did not kill him, Davids servent killed the mutant gaint. One more small issue, the sword is to small, David used Goliaths sword to remove his head.

The reason they spoke of Goliath not having enough fingers is because....( 2 Samuel 21:20 )And there was again war at Gath, where there was a man of great stature who had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in number; he also was a descendant of the giants. The Goliath David killed was also from Gath, though it doesn't say he had 6 fingers, it's a possibility.

seems the 'guest before me is a scholar!

*counts fingers on goliaths hand* 4, and the thumb is wrapped about the other side of the shaft.

never listen to anyone who spells 'fingers' - 'finguers'.

The picture is stunning. I appreciate to the fullest, the radience shown from the sky illuminating david...shining of goliaths armor

One of my favourite themes in art, I must say. Great lighting. In all your pieces in fact, your understanding of light is unsurpassed.

Art at its best.
