Influences: I've been influenced greatly by the picture books my mom collects; artists such as Trina Shart Hymen, the Dillons, Brock Cole...I like some art nouveau, some anime, some renaissance and various others. Fine arts influences range from Remington, for anatomy, action, and color, to Yoshitaka Amano, for moody distortion and beautiful lines. My inspiration, always, is Nature.
Style: I would call my style semirealistic, tending towards the loose and brushy, with an emphasis on line, shading, and variety of form.
