"This is my submission for CG Society's Steam Punk Legends/Myths Challenge. It took me a month to determine what to paint, I went through the gamut of stories, King Arthur, Joan of Arc, La Dames Sans Merci, Lady of Shallot...until I settled on Alice. I decided a giant mechanized caterpillar would be more fun to paint than robotic soldiers. I also added my dogs to the critters and characters to the scene. Alice is reading Nikola Tesla's Wireless Transmission of Electricity."
