Very nice, indeed! I especially like the snowflake background, and the cold colours you've used. He certainly looks like a winter fae. Nice rendering on the face and hair, too. |

! His face is perfect!
So many subtle skin tones!
So much architecture in the planes of his nose, and skull etc.
Great work. |

That cold, coy glance is sooo chilly. Love the saphire tones and snowflake backdrop. And of course, he is BEAUTIFULLY rendered. The silver hair resembles snow driven wisps. Really great! |

Hello Norma! I love this work. He is very handsome. I tried to comment your other pieces but some error happened and I couldn´t. |

The best! I swear this is your best piece yet, as far as sheer composition is concerned! I just LOVE the cool blue colours. Although I think the coldest part of the picture are those icy eyes! I swear you're the best digital artist here! If I had one tiny critique, which it isn't really much of a critique at all but more of a matter of taste, it would be that his eyebrows are a bit dark. Although I understand why you did it. Hard to achieve that haughty look with white eyebrows! |

Staci and Donna, thank you. You're both very kind. Actually, Donna, I DID consider making his eyebrows white, but when I tried that look, the expression lost a lot of impact.

Inspiration Dear Ms. Peters:
I have been working on a novella that features a male fae who looks exactly like THIS! I can't believe that you rendered my arrogant Sidhe lord (whose name is Raillan Tal Danae) so well. It's like you read my mind or I might have read yours. When I run into a block, I just come to this site and gaze at him for a few minutes. It works all the time. I'm especially grateful because so few artists draw male fae. And when they do, it's often in that anime/manga style that renders then a little sexless.
Anyway, thank you. I look forward to more of your fantastic art. |

Kymberlin, thank you so much for your lovely message. :) Glad you like him!
