Nice to see this self-portrait here, it's quite cool :) I like the stance you've taken, and the contrast between the more abstract background and the refined foreground. What software have you used here? (still PSP?) But I think you're improving because the skin tones are very good as well as the fold effects of the shirt, great subtlety - I'm actually thinking you're spending more time on refinement (shock, horror!)
