Oh my, Jessica! I can't believe I haven't been to your gallery before! What a treat! I've only taken a quick peek, so I'm heading back for a wonderful half hour or so of inspiration. Thank you for your comments here.

Impressive and so beautiful. I especially love the owl, and how the woman's hair flows through the image. |
| (Marilyn Alice Boyle) |
Thanks Becca. This painting sort of grew step by step without my actually knowing what I was going to do next until I began work on it that day. So I'm pleased with the way it turned out. I just knew I wanted it to be in the autumn tones.

Thank you Ihsan. I'm pleased you noticed that! It's this that composes the symphony.

Very impressive! I just love all the details and the movement of this piece. It's absolutely magical. |
| (Marilyn Alice Boyle) |
Thanks Beth! It was one of my most difficutl pieces; not only because of the size, but because of my winging it from day to day. The only things I knew for sure was that I wanted it in earth tones and they all had to be interconnected.

Honoured by your visit This is great, salvador dali in background? Never did like him much but this is very nice, owls... always a challenge i find.... |
| (Marilyn Alice Boyle) |
Thanks for coming to see Ashley! I needed the color in the background. Animals and birds are easy for me to paint; now that lady's head is another matter altogether......!

Makes me think of the goddess, mother earth.. All in one with the nature... She is in every thing, beautiful work!! |
| (Marilyn Alice Boyle) |
Ohhh, you're the one who has that georgeous acrylic painting of a unicorn!! Mother Earth...that's exactly who she is; connected to everything. Thanks for the uplifting words!
