"The inspiration for this picture came when I was walking around town one Saturday, and happening to glance upwards, and suddenly noticed the buildings above the shopfronts. I liked the narrow, Georgian buildings with their crumbling bricks and peeling plaster that towered above the facades Virgin Megastores and Woolworths, and this picture was duly born!

The title comes from the name of a pub I had to prepare an asbestos report for at work..."
