This is a great portrait...very realistic. |

It`s really a photo of a model I made, and then just worked over it in Photoshop...

Terry, what a wonderful detail there is in this image. Especially the eyes are beautiful, but the wrinkles are very skilled too! |
| (Terry A. Ernest) |
Thank you Anneke! your comment is much appreciated.

ive said this before but this is a very opwerful picture, and it doesnt look like the animated picture of strider but it has that same feeling, of someone loyal, brave, weatherbeaten, all that is gold does not glitter, not those who wander are lost. |
| (Terry A. Ernest) |
thats what I was trying to get across, if I get a move on, you will be able to see the whole picture....hope you enjoyed your holiday Chris!

Remarkable use of light in this piece. His eyes are so realistic. You really captured his spirit! |
| (Terry A. Ernest) |

I love your take on him! Having loved the books since my (ancient) childhood, and having my own long-held mental image, I've found many recent versions of Strider (film included) too young and too overtly 'handsome.' This is just the ticket, to my mind! Now you make me want to manifest my version too... |
| (Terry A. Ernest) |
I suppose Forest it depends wether your in the spring of your life, or like us, can remember when films were shown in black or white. From the youngsters point of view, everybody passed 30 are considered over the hill, ha... to me anybody under forty is still pretty young....anyway Forest!judging by your photo I can`t belive your over thirty ...
