Has anyone (preferably in North America) had any notebooks made with custom covers? I'm convener for the student section of the American Folklore association and I'm thinking we need to give away prizes next year at our meeting, so maybe we could give notebooks with our logo or funny folklore pictures on the front, or maybe we could sell them, or something.

So has anybody had any good/bad experiences with any companies that provide such services?
