Stern? I was going for more of a lament. But thank you for your comment:)

Although I find this artwork stunning in its entirety, I find her face very cold and uncompassionate. She reminds me of a stern teacher of some kind. The work is marvellous, just that struck me as odd considering her role in the worlds.

I havn't had a lot of feedback on her, but I'm gad you like her. I've been messing around with styles and ideas to find what fits me most. I believe this may be the style. Thank you for taking the time to comment! I love feedback!

Stunning work. I find her facial features similar to the 17th century portraits or even the earlier religious paintings, but the overall feel of the piece is so different. An excellent combination of old and new. Smile

There a sharpness to the softness of her form. The clothing is divine! I am intrigued how you mix the colors of their lives and backgrounds into their skin. I also love the implied skeletal look to her.

Thank you Michelle! I believe she is haunted... by the overwhelming darkness taking over the earth and mankind....
BTW I adore your sculptures!

This is so lovely. She seems haunted by something she can't define. I really like the softness of the whole thing. Beautifully done clothing, too.

Art at its best.
