very interesting piece - think cause of the perspective - i really like it

As a matter of fact, it's actually a heavily painted-over (to the point where it hardly looks like the original)photo. So I guess you could say that it's half mine... whatever that's worth.

Great sky, did u draw the moon your self?

YES! thank you... it's nice to know there's someone out there who can appreciate a meaty woman! Also funny you should mention the face, after the sixth attempt I just had to get on with the rest of the painting... I may rework it in the future, though.

Thanks Vera, I've always been rather adept at creating a powerful image (or so I'm told).
Btw, hang in there... I've been illustrating for 10 years and still have no career to speak of, but I'm giving it my best shot.

I'm glad you like the perspective, Cynthia. I really struggled with it and I still feel it could be better, but you just gotta' move on sometimes.

Thanks Dekel, I always strive to be different (grin).
Btw, the concepts and style in your own gallery are absolutely amazing!

Unusual and wonderful perspective!

This is great. The only thing that I would change is her face...maybe flesh it out a little. It looks a tad skeletal in comparison with her body. But hell, its not like I could do anything like this. I love it how the woman isn't one of those skinny minis that we see so often...takes a strong woman to hold up the moon, ne?
