Artwork Description

"When Mankind spread through the galaxy during the Ascension Years, they made contact with many different alien cultures in various stages of development. They also found remnants of several ancient civilizations, some dead even before the Earth itself was born.

And then, of course, they found the Sleepers.

No-one knew what the Sleepers were, or where they came from, or how long they had sailed through the stars wrapped tightly around their mother planets. Or if they even were, or ever had been really alive.

Among all the civilizations of the galaxy, nothing was known of the Sleepers. Except for one thing.

They were NOT to be disturbed..."

OK, sorry... Got a little carried away there. Wink This one was originally inspired by the Facehuggers of 'Alien', but quickly bloated into some cosmic Lovecraftian monstrosity. (Done with ink.)
