There is such a gorgeous, soulful depth to this picture--from the happy, 'free' look on the woman's face, to the gentle, delicate way she's handling the butterflies, it's just...wow. Great. Uber. Awesome, whatever particular adverb you wanna ply to it.

The lighting on the robe is absolutely superb, as is the design along the bottom. Just...yikes. I'm glad I'm not an artist, else I'd have to compete with this wonderful mastery of watercolors, and that's...

Yeah. A little much.

Yup, nearly all of my work is done in watercolor. I've been painting with them all of my life...and became really serious with the medium almost 20 years ago.Thank you for your lovely compliment.

The way you rendered out the sunlight on the robe is and how the butterflies become the print in the material is wicked! The skin is so well done. He face is great. I love it all!
