Artwork Description

Oil on wood. This painting was an experiment in perspective with vanishing points running off of the top and the bottom (fisheye effect)

Wow. One of the coolest dragons ever painted. I am picky about dragons. This is a f&*king dragon!! Love the burning bushes idea.

The fisheye effect is amazing, it creates a very tenuous feeling. The pointy ends of the dragons wings also help draw the eye to the focus of the illustration. Beautiful!

Well I have been just gasping at your wonderful work and will go back to comment on each but this has stopped me in my tracks...Besides the lighting and color and perspective that is brilliant. The textures are so outstanding. The faces....what fun.
I love doing textures and find it so relaxing....You are inspiration!
Welcome to Epilogue...wow.

Hi S, the faces are proof that I spend too much time at a painting or have too much time on my hands.

Hi Socar, yes it is unsettling. Where's my dramamine?
I went to your site and your work is very stunning. Hi praise indeed.

Woah... I wasn't gonna comment at first but then I started seeing faces in the rocks. ... It's not just me is it?

Blimey...that's a stunning effect! The perspective is just bizarre enough to be unsettling, there. Awesome colours, as well.

Art at its best.
