Artwork Description

A miniature creature in Kato Polyclay, measuring a bit over 6 inches to the tip of his horn. With mohair, gold leaf over archival tissue, iridescent glass beads. He has some of the characteristics of the medieval Unicorn: lion-like tale, cloven hooves, and beard. He's off to eBay's faeryland!

I think I told you in your blog that I cried when this unicorn was sold... because it means I can't own it! The details, the stance, the magic of this piece is astounding. I LOVE it.

I simply nodded my head with satisfaction when seeing the "editor's pick" logo on top of your work. This is exquisite.

So beautiful. I especially love the texture of his coat. This reminds me a bit of Michael Hague's unicorns. Very good work.

Hey Forest, this seems a real Unicorn, not just a horse with a horn on its head, it has its own species look... awesome details and sense of movement..congrats Smile
