Artwork Description

I wanted to manifest the undead in the bombed out ruins of a city in WW2. I had a Grandfather who was shot down in a B-25 in the pacific in '43, and my Great-Uncle was shot down in a B-24 over Rumania by German fighters in '44. Since my kin were Airmen, I had to include Aviators in this one. Actually, one of them is a paratrooper. So, this scene could be entitled, "Night of the Living Dead Airmen". I used only Payne's grey and Black India ink. the picture is 15 by 17 on aquarelle paper-which is some of the best watercolor paper I've had to work on.
